Q: Can I contact a live person by phone?

 

A: We are live, and here to help you via email!  Because we sell and ship internationally, we are dealing with people over the entire globe, we handle correspondence quickly and efficiently via Email.  You will always recieve an answer within 24 hours, during business hours it will be much faster, usually within the hour!  If we were to offer a staffed phone service, there would be people calling at all hours of the day and night.  We simply do not have that staffing ability at this time!  Also, its always beneficial to have email copies of anything we talk about, whether it be sizing, custom orders, special requests, etc.  With Email we can always go back and make sure that we have the details perfectly straight.    Send us your emails, we are waiting to hear from you!

 

 

Q:  I am interested in purchasing a lot of stuff, do you have a volume discount or wholesale program?

 

A:  Our items are not mass manufactured, we dont purchase them premade in cellophane envelopes and then just tack on a markup price.  All of our items are carefully designed and constructed here in our shop, and our prices are very fair.  We do offer discount codes for repeat customers, and send out discount offers and sales notifications through our newsletter (You can sign up for this on our homepage!).  Additionally, we have a VIP client discount that is activated once you have spent a combined total of 500.00 on store items.  This can be acrued over multiple purchases!  To recieve this discount, be sure you are signed in every time you go through checkout, so that your purchases will count toward your total expenditure!
