If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange provided the tags are left intact and you contact us to arrange the return within 3 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, or, if you prefer, a gift certificate for the value of the returned item. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Once you have emailed to arrange the return, please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
